Gin Martini

Ingredients:

Cotswold Gin

Vermouth

Rose petal

 

Method:

Shake together equal parts of Cotswold Gin and dry Vermouth with some ice.

Serve into a glass with a rose petal for decoration.

Raspberry Chocolate Kiss

Ingredients:

Cotswold Vodka

Raspberries

Mint infused Simple Syrup

Chocolate cookies

Cranberry juice

 

Method:

Use some simple syrup and three crushed cookies to decorate the rim of a glass.

Crush 10 Raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup and mix. Then add 1/4 cup of Cotswold Vodka, two tablespoons of Cranberry juice and ice. Shake well and pour into the glass.

Forbidden Love

Ingredients:

Cotswold Gin

Blood Orange

Simple Syrup

Cucumber

Strawberries

 

Method:

Crush the fruit and mix with a dash of simple syrup. Add 1oz of Blood Orange juice and 2oz of Cotswold Gin.

Shake and strain into a glass. Use slices of Cucumber and a Strawberry to garnish.
