This Christmas why not try making some delicious cocktails with Cotswold Gin and Vodka.
Creme de Mure
Shake together 60ml of Cotswold Gin, 30ml Lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup with ice.
Serve into a tall glass filled with ice. Add crushed ice and then drizzle over some ceme de mure. Add a blackberry to finish.
Vodka and Cranberry Crush
Pour 200ml of Cotswold Vodka and 200ml of Cointreau into a jug, then add 400ml of Orange juice and 600ml of Cranberry juice. Stir well.
Fill glass with crushed ice, then pour over cocktail. To finish add a strip of lime peel.
Christmas Pudding Vodka
Ground Mixed Spice
Light Muscovado Sugar
Warm one piece of blade mace, two sticks of cinnamon, two teaspoons of ground mixed spice in a dry pan over a low heat for 10 minuets.
Grate one lemon and one orange rind into a blow, then squeeze two tablespoons of each juice.
Combine the warmed spices with 300g of currants, 200g of chopped mixed peel, 450g of light muscovado sugar and 1 litre of Cotswold Vodka. Mix well, cover and leave to chill for 3 to 4 days, stirring occasionally.
Strain the vodka into a bottle. This can then be kept for up to one year. Serve from chilled or room temperature.
